Sanctuary NYC Policies

Reservation Details:

A 50% deposit is require to confirm a reservation. See cancellation policy in regards to deposit. The remaining balance of the reservation is due upon arrival. Deposits and Balances can be paid via all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) or cash (USD)

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24 hour grace period to cancel your reservation free of charge and receive a full refund. If canceled outside the 24 hour grace period and before 2 weeks prior to check in guest will forfeit the deposit. If canceled within 2 weeks of the check in date, the guest will forfeit the deposit as well as be charged the remaining balance.

No Smoking Policy:

To protect and enhance our indoor air quality and to contribute to the health and well-being of our guests and employees, Sanctuary NYC is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all the enclosed areas within the facility without exception. This includes guest rooms, hallways, elevators, stairs, restrooms, and lobby areas and all other enclosed facilities.
If a smoking violation occurs in a room, the client will be charged a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that our guests and employees are not subject to second hand smoke.
